GQuEST is a collaboration between Fermilab, Caltech, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Funding has been received from the US Department of Energy Quantum Information Science-Enabled Discovery, or QuantiSED, program and the Heising-Simons Foundation.
Chris Stoughton, senior scientist at Fermilab, is the Principal Investigator for the collaboration. Lee McCuller, Assistant Professor of Physics at Caltech, is the co-Investigator for experimental implementation, and Kathryn Zurek, Professor of Theoretical Physics at Caltech, is co-Investigator for theoretical motivation.
